Mr. Ashish Dixit, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submits, on instructions, that the petitioner had previously been blacklisted on account of over-staying in India beyond the period admissible under the visa granted to her. However, the said blacklisting order came to an end on 09.10.2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the previous over-stay of the petitioner in India was on account of unforeseen exigency, inter-alia, on account of the petitioner giving birth to a child in India and the time consumed in procuring the passport of the child. 3.

Be that as it may, it is submitted by learned CGSC that upon the petitioner making a fresh application for grant of visa, the same shall be duly considered in accordance with the extant Rules and Regulations, without being influenced by the previous blacklisting order. It is directed accordingly.
