IN THE HIGH COURT OF DELHI AT NEW DELHI
+ W.P.(C) 2419/2018 MS. K. R. CHITRA ..... Petitioner Through:
Petitioner in person.
versus REGISTRAR GENERAL, HIGH COURT OF DELHI ..... Respondent Through:
Mr Sanjoy Ghose, Mr Rhishabh Jetley, Advocates.
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIBHU BAKHRU
O R D E R
% 12.07.2018 1.
The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying as under:- "a) Summon the records of Writ Petition (C) No.6705/14 and 11895/15, the entire Report of Court Commissioners in two volumes submitted to the Hon'ble Court and Civil Miscellaneous Petitions No.11992/15, 11993/15, 21820/15, 2280/16, 7934/16, 21667/17, 40333/17 pending before this Hon'ble Court and pass appropriate orders in the Writ Petitions and Civil Miscellaneous Petitions in accordance with law."
2.
Essentially, the petitioner seeks that the writ petition preferred by her may be decided immediately. Any order that is required to be passed can only be passed in the pending petitions and the present petition is misconceived. The same is, accordingly, dismissed. VIBHU BAKHRU, J JULY 12, 2018/MK
