MAT.APP.(F.C.)60/2018 & CMs.APPL 11907/2018 & 28058/2018 (stay) After some hearing, Mr. Hingorani, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant submits that he wishes to withdraw this appeal with liberty to assail the subsequent order passed by the Family Court, by which his application seeking leave to summon a witness and for framing additional issues has been rejected.

The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for, is granted.

Leave is granted to the appellant to raise all grounds as available to her in accordance with law at the time of the final hearing of the pending petition for grant of divorce by the respondent/husband, including the grounds raised in the present appeal.
