This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. 2.

The present petition has been filed seeking, inter alia, directions to the Respondents to permit the Petitioner to peacefully vend at his designated site located at South Zone, Ward S-64, Dhaula Kuan Power House, New Delhi. 3.

The Petitioner claims to be a vendor having a vending certificate bearing no. URI 9463310 with the category being "Food/snacks without gas cylinder/fire". The case of the Petitioner is that he has been removed from the designated site.

However, the ld. Counsel for the MCD has handed across in Court photographs of the designated site from today morning to show that the Petitioner has not been removed.

shown in the said photographs does not belong to him. 6.

Accordingly, let the said cart and any other vendors in that area who are not authorised to vend at the designated site be removed. If the Petitioner is willing to adhere to the conditions in the certificate of vending, he may be permitted to vend peacefully without encroaching upon any walking area or pedestrian footpath etc.

With these observations, the petition is disposed of. Pending applications, if any. are also disposed of.
