This petition is filed seeking directions to the respondent to absorb the petitioners by providing the services of the petitioner in any of the projects or establishment run by respondent no. 1- Ministry of Minority Affairs, Government of India.

matter has not been challenged individually by the employees. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing for some time realizing that the issue of dissolution of respondent no. 2 Foundation is subjudice before the Supreme Court of India and the petitioner as on date is continuing on contractual service, is not pressing this petition with liberty to file fresh in case need so arises after the decision by the Supreme Court of India on the issue of dissolution of respondent no. 2 Foundation. 5.
