% 03.07.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody for the last one year and four months. Complainant as well as eye witnesses have already been examined. Injured was discharged from the hospital after five days of the incident.

Keeping in mind the facts and circumstances of this case, petitioner is admitted to bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.

Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
