The Petitioner has sought parole on the ground that his wife is in an advanced stage of pregnancy. The said application, submitted on 08th September, 2025, is still pending consideration. 2.

The present petition is accordingly disposed of with a direction to the State to decide the Petitioner's application within one week from today. In the event, the decision is not favourable to the Petitioner, he shall be at liberty to avail appropriate remedies in accordance with law. 3.
