Learned counsel appearing for the parties submit that they have not been able to obtain the Trial Court Record, as the Registry refused to supply the same, on the ground that there was no direction from this Court. 2.

Accordingly, it is directed that soft copy of the Trial Court Record shall be provided to the parties, upon applying for inspection. 3.

Let written submissions be filed by both the parties, along with the judgments that they wish to rely upon, before the next date of hearing. 4.

In the written submissions, the parties shall also refer to the evidence, along with the PDF page numbers from the Trial Court Record, which they wish to reply upon.
