This petition has been filed seeking Transit Anticipatory Bail to the petitioner who has been arrayed as an accused in FIR No.228/2024 dated 29th July 2024 registered at PS Shahi, District Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, under Sections 137(2)/87/ 352/ 351(2), Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023. 2.
Other petitions being BAIL APPLN. 4147/2024 titled Ashiq Ali v. State of NCT of Delhi & Ors. and BAIL APPLN. 4186/2024 titled Minor Thr. His Father Ashiq Ali v. State of NCT of Delhi & Ors., had been moved by husband of the petitioner and son of petitioner, respectively, which were disposed of by this Court vide orders dated 14th November 2024 and 19th November 2024, respectively granting them Transit Anticipatory Bail for a period of 4 weeks in order to enable them to approach the court of competent jurisdiction in Uttar Pradesh, and seek remedies in accordance The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Reference is made to the said orders and background facts and circumstances noted therein.

Petitioner herein is the wife of Ashiq Ali, whose minor son was involved in a romantic relationship with a minor girl in the same locality. 5.
Accordingly, relief is extended to the petitioner herein. 6.
In these circumstances, the Court is of the opinion that petitioner is entitled to Transit Anticipatory Bail, for a period of 4 weeks, in order to enable her to approach the court of competent jurisdiction in Uttar Pradesh, and seek remedies in accordance with law.

These directions have been passed only as an interim measure, and the observations made above, are not to influence the Trial Court of Competent Jurisdiction, since this Court has not assessed the merits of the matter.

Petition is disposed of with these observations. Pending applications are rendered as infructuous.
