Through the present petition, the petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.476/2024 registered at PS Vasant Kunj under Sections 308(2)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 2.

It has been informed by the IO that the petitioner, who was under interim protection from coercive action during the course of investigation, has been cooperating with the investigation. It is further submitted that the chargesheet is under scrutiny and is likely to be filed shortly. 3.

Accordingly, in view of the statement of the IO, the present petition is allowed.

The petitioner is directed to be released on bail in the event of his arrest in connection with FIR no. 476/2024 registered at PS Vasant Kunj under Sections 308(2)/3(5) of the BNS upon furnishing a personal bond of the sum of ₹ 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court/ Investigating Officer subject to the following conditions: a. The petitioner shall provide his mobile number to the Investigating Officer and keep the same operational at all times during the period of bail.

b. The petitioner shall not tamper with evidence or attempt to influence/intimidate any witnesses.

c. The petitioner shall not leave India without prior permission of the learned Trial Court.

d. The petitioner shall report to the jurisdictional Police Station as and when called by the concerned IO/SHO.

It is clarified that the observations herein are only for the purpose of the petitioner's enlargement of bail in the event of his arrest, and nothing stated in this order shall be construed as an expression upon the merits of the matter.

Accordingly, the petition, along with pending application(s), if any, stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
