The learned counsel of petitioner submits that learned trial court has not disposed of his application under Order VI Rule 17 CPC dated 07.03.2023 in CSSCJ No. 6998/2016, despite grant of so many adjournments for the said purpose, due to which, the case is getting delayed. The learned counsel prays for a direction to the learned Trial Court for disposing the application in a period of one month. 2.

Without knowing the status of the board of Trial Court, it may not be possible to grant any time-bound directions.
