Petitioner is stated to be the main contesting defendant before the Trial Court in Civil Suit No. 6998/2016 titled as, "Khursheeda Begum Through Lrs vs. Mhd. Zarif & Another".

The learned counsel submits that petitioner is specially-abled person having lost eye sight of both his eyes and has been contesting the case since 2012. Request has been made for directions to the trial Court for expeditious disposal of the Suit.

Without knowing the board position of the trial Court, it may not be appropriate to issue any time-bound directions.
