Respondent and her counsel have joined the proceedings through video conferencing.

Sh. Avnish Kumar Maggo, learned counsel for the respondent submits that requisite steps in terms of one time settlement between the parties shall be taken within a period of four weeks from today. He also seeks to share his e-mail ID and mobile number with the learned counsel for the petitioner so that whatever further steps are required to be taken are taken without any further delay in the matter. It is also submitted by him that the respondent has already received the draft of Second Motion and needful would be done, positively, within a period of four weeks from today.
