Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the matter is under active process and there is no wilful disobedience of any nature whatsoever.

During course of the arguments, learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner would be reinstated and would also be paid back wages, as per order dated 21.08.2024, within the period of eight weeks from today. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the respondents should have done the needful within the initial period of eight weeks, to be reckoned from the above said order dated 21.08.2024 but in view of the above said statement and assurance given today, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the CONT.CAS(C) 1859/2024 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. petitioner does not press the present petition any more. 4.

Needless to say, the respondents shall remain bound by the above said assurance given today before this Court and in case the needful is not done within the above said period of eight weeks from today, the petitioner would be permitted to revive the present contempt petition and it would rather be then considered to be a case of aggravated contempt.

The petition stands disposed of in aforesaid terms. 6.

Copy of the order be given dasti under the signatures of the Court Master.
