OMP(E)(COMM) - 37/2004 (Application u/S. 27 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996) I.A. 45910/2024 (Application for exemption from filing of certifie copy of order filed by petitioner) Ld. Counsel for petitioner has stated that petitioner is the Respondent in the Arbitration petition pending before the Ld. Arbitrator and the next date for Respondent's Evidence before Ld. Arbitrator is 02.12.2024.

Ld. Counsel for petitioner has further stated that witness at Sl. No.4 of List of witnesses i.e. witness from office of Delhi Value Added Tax is required to be summoned as he had not appeared previously despite summons. Copy of relevant order of Ld. Arbitrator dated 29.10.2024 has been filed alongwith application.

Ld. Counsel for Respondent has stated that he has no objection to the petition.

Heard. Keeping in view the abovestated facts and circumstances, the Petition stands allowed and summons be issued to the concerned official from Delhi Value Added Tax office on filing of PF /Dasti with complete address within two days. Directions be given to the summoned witness to appear before Ld. Arbitraror on 02.12.2024 from 2 to 5 PM with requisite record at Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC). The petition u/S. 27 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 alongwith application stands disposed off .
