This is an application seeking revival of the execution petition on account that a sum of about Rs. 5 lakhs is outstanding. 2.

Ms. Kaushik, learned counsel appears on behalf of the learned CGSC and states that the decree holder has to give supporting documents. 3.

For the said reasons, the decree holder along with its representative/counsel shall visit the office of Director General Married Accommodation Project, Engineer-in-Chief's Branch, Integrated HQ of MoD (Army), Kashmir House, Rajaji Marg New Delhi - 110011 on 06.06.2025 at 11:00 a.m.

The judgment debtor shall pass an order dealing with the calculations of the decree holder within 2 weeks from thereafter.
