Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that affidavit(s) in compliance of the directions contained in the order dated 04.09.2025 has been filed, wherein it is categorically stated that the petitioners shall hand over the vacant and peaceful possession of the subject premises to the respondent on or before 31.10.2027 as also until the said period they shall be paying user and occupation charges @ Rs.50,000/- per month w.e.f. April 2025.

Learned counsel for the respondent appearing through video conferencing on instructions submits that the aforesaid proposal is acceptable to the respondent.

In view thereof, nothing survives in the present petition.
