Petitioner requires liver transplant and for this purpose, she has made a representation to the Dean, Authorisation Committee under the Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Act, 1994 on 09th November, 2024. It is further asserted that prior representation was also made on 08th May, 2024, however, Petitioner does not have a copy of the said representation.

In any event, the representation is still pending consideration before Respondent No. 2. Mr. Rajeev Aggarwal, ASC representing the Committee, states that Petitioner's representation shall be taken up for consideration next week and a decision shall be taken thereon.

In light of the statement made by Mr. Aggarwal, the present petition is disposed of, along with pending applications. 4.
