The Petitioner is the Liquidator of Gadhinglaj Agro Alcochem Limited. Counsel for Petitioner draws the attention of this Court to order dated 13th October, 2023 passed by the National Company Law Tribunal,1 Mumbai Bench, as modified by order dated 08th April, 2024, with respect to the de-sealing of the property "Arpit Hotel" situated at 17A/1, WEA, Ajmal Khan Road, Karol Bagh, New Delhi. Through the said order, the NCLT had directed the Delhi Police to de-seal the aforenoted premises in order to retrieve and handover the possession of certain documents pertaining to Gadhinglaj Agro Alcochem Limited to the Liquidator and re-seal it after the said retrieval.

It is asserted that despite the aforenoted orders, Respondent has not de-sealed the property. Instead, Respondent had filed an application bearing 1 "NCLT"

no. 02/2023 in SC No. 683/2021, FIR No. 65/2019, PS: Crime Branch, before the Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi for de-sealing the property in question. 3.

In light of the above, counsel for Petitioner presses for a limited prayer i.e., expeditious disposal of the aforenoted application. The said application is now listed for hearing on 27th November, 2024. 4.

In the opinion of the Court, for speedy resolution, it would be appropriate to direct the Respondent to comply with the orders of the NCLT. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to Respondent to immediately comply with the order dated 13th October, 2023, passed by the as modified by order dated 08th April, 2024, of NCLT, Mumbai Bench and de-seal the premises as directed and re-seal the same after the Petitioner recovers the documents mentioned in the order. The above direction be carried out within two weeks from today. 5.

Disposed of, along with pending application.
