Ms. Sangeeta Bharti, learned counsel for the respondent, states that the respondent has issued a communication dated 25.11.2024 to the petitioners, calling upon them to deposit the amount required for the reopening of the water connection in their premises. 2.

A copy of the communication has been handed over in Court, and is taken on record. A copy thereof has also been handed over to Mr. Umesh Chandra Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.

In view of the above, Mr. Sharma states that no further orders are required in this writ petition, which stands disposed of, alongwith the pending application.
