We have heard learned counsel for petitioner. 2.
Pursuant to the notice issued by this Court on 23rd January 2025, an affidavit is placed on record, which is sworn by the Assistant Registrar of Cooperative Societies, for and on behalf of respondent no.2. In the said affidavit, the following statements are made on oath: "3. That vide this department's letter No.
47/AR/BKG/RCS/251/2025/471 dated 25.03.2025 (ANNEXURE-A), Delhi Consumer's Co-operative Wholesale Store Ltd. has been directed to provide the information/documents related to conduct of Annual General Meetings during last 20 years in DCCWS Ltd. within 03 days.

general body meeting within the aforesaid period, The Registrar Co-operative Societies, GNCT of Delhi will authorize an officer who will call such meeting in the manner prescribed and that meeting shall be deemed to be a general body meeting duly called by the Delhi Consumer's Co-operative Wholesale Store Ltd. and the expenditure incurred in calling such a meeting shall be a charge on the delinquent members of the committee of the co-operative society who have failed to conduct the general body meeting within the prescribed time limit and the said amount shall be recoverable as arrears of land revenue from such delinquent members of the co-operative society in the same manner as provided in section 111."

In view of the aforesaid statement made on oath by respondent no.2, learned counsel for the petitioner states that Writ Petition can be disposed of by accepting the aforesaid statement made on affidavit. 4.
As such, we deem it appropriate to accept the statement made by respondent no.2 on affidavit, extracted above as reflected in paragraphs 3 & 4 of the affidavit dated 16th April, 2025.

That being so, the petition stands disposed of. 6.
Pending application also stands disposed of.
