O R D E R

% 18.05.2018 Learned counsel for respondents enters appearance. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already appointed a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes that have arisen between the parties in relation to the Loan Agreement. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondents have no knowledge of such appointment. Counsel for the petitioner shall inform the learned counsel for the respondents about the particulars of the Sole Arbitrator.

As the Sole Arbitrator has already been appointed, the Interim Order dated 19.03.2018 shall continue unless varied/modified/vacated by the Sole Arbitrator on an application being filed by the respondents. It is made clear that the Arbitrator shall decide such application, if filed by the respondents, without being influenced by the observation made in the order dated 19.03.2018. It is further clarified that this Court has not given any opinion on the validity of the Arbitrator appointed by the petitioner.

The petition is disposed of in the above terms, with no order as to cost.
