Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall be satisfied if the contents of the present petition, including the judgments annexed therewith, are considered by the disciplinary authority of the respondents as a representation of the petitioner while considering the inquiry report.

We, therefore, dispose of this petition by directing the disciplinary authority to consider the contents of the present petition including the judgments which have been annexed therewith as part of the representation of the petitioner while taking a final decision on the inquiry against the petitioner.

We, however, make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion on the claim of the petitioner and the same shall be considered by the respondents independently, without being influenced by any observations made by us in the present order. 4.
In case, the decision of the respondents is adverse to the interest of the petitioner, it shall be open to the petitioner to challenge the same in accordance with law.
