This petition has been filed for review of the order dated 22.11.2024.

The application is really one for rectification of the order, as an inadvertent error has crept into paragraph 1 of the order. The error is that the wrong date has been mentioned as the last date of extension (diesnon) for General Minor Unit (GMU) No. NDLS 32 at Platform No. 6/7, New Delhi Railway Station.

Mr. Jitender Mehta, learned counsel for the petitioner, points out that 27.12.2024 was the original date of expiry of license, whereas after the grant of dies-non period, the license was to expire on 04.03.2025. Mehta has drawn my attention to the communication of the respondents dated 22.03.2023, which reflects that after the grant of the dies non period, the license was extended up to 04.03.2025. 4.

In the order, however, the date of 27.12.2024 has been mentioned as the last date of the extension. The last column of serial number 4 in the table in paragraph 1 of the order will be corrected to reflect the date - 04.03.2025 instead of 27.12.2024.

Learned counsel for the respondents are present and have no objection to the relief sought.
