% 20.03.2018 Having heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties and in view of the submission made on behalf of the petitioners, who are erstwhile workmen of the respondent No. 4 company, the petitioners are granted liberty to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal with an appropriate application, in accordance with law, in the first instance. Directed accordingly.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of. Pending applications also stand disposed of.
