% 26.05.2016 CRL.M.A. 8520/2016 The present application prays as follows:- "a) Allow the applicants/petitioners to withdraw the abovenoted matter with liberty to approach this Hon'ble Court after the framing of charges by the Ld. Trial Court in case FIR No.166, which is fixed for 30.05.2016; and/ or;

b) Pass any other further order(s), which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper, in the interest of justice."

Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicants/petitioners limits the relief in the present application to a prayer "to grant of leave to withdraw the present petition being WP(CRL) No.876/2013 as the charge-sheet has already been filed in the subject FIR".

The limited prayer in the application is allowed. The applicant/petitioner is granted leave to withdraw the present petition. The application is disposed of accordingly.

WP(CRL) 876/2013 In view of the above the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
