The present suit has been received back from the court of learned ADJ, Shahdara, Karkardooma Courts, stating inter alia that the suit property falls within the jurisdiction of East District, Delhi and therefore, the file has been returned to be assigned to the competent court vested with the territorial jurisdiction.

In view of the order dated 22.08.2016 passed by the learned ADJ, Shahdara, Karkardooma Courts, the Registry is directed to transfer the case file to the court of the learned District Judge (East District), Karkardooma Courts, Delhi.
