% 20.11.2017 Learned counsel for the appellant submits, on instructions, that he may be allowed to withdraw the appeal.

The appeal with pending application are dismissed as withdrawn.

By order dated 18.5.2012, the appellant had been directed to deposit the entire awarded amount with UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch, within the period specified. By order dated 27.11.2013, 50% of the deposited amount was permitted to be released to the claimants. The Registry shall now release the balance as well to the claimants in terms of the judgment of the Tribunal.

The statutory deposit shall be refunded.
