O R D E R

% 22.03.2018 Having heard, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the parties at length and with their consent, without prejudice to their respective rights and contentions, the present appeal is disposed of with the following directions:

All payments to be made under the following heads: (i) Public utility bills such as electricity, water etc. (ii) Statutory dues payable for financial year 2017-18. (iii) Payments of salaries and any payments in the nature of salaries to the employees of the institutions. (iv) Any payments made for consumables which are used in

the institutions including medical gas, AMC payments, etc as stated in pages 6 and 8 of the application. (v) Any payments to any outsourcing agencies which supplies personnel for the para medial, security and housekeeping with respect to institutions.

(vi) Wherever it has been so done in the past payments with respect to aforesaid heads can be made through RTGS. After due verification and certification by the statutory auditor of Jamia Hamdard University, who are also stated to be auditors for HIMSR (Hamdard Institute of Medical Science and Research) shall be disbursed by cheques/RTGS forms jointly signed by Mr. Asad Mueed and Mr. Hammad Ahmed, forthwith.

With the above directions, which it is reiterated have been passed with the consent of the parties, the appeal is disposed of.

Pending applications also stand disposed of.

A copy of this Order be given dasti under the signature of Court Master.
