The petitioner is in custody since 23.08.2010. Status report reveals that out of 31 witnesses 20 witnesses have already been examined.

Since the petitioner is in custody since long i.e. 23.08.2010, endeavour shall be made by the Trial Court to expedite the trial and to dispose of the case preferably within six months. 3.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application. The bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the above said directions. 4.

Copy of the order be sent to the Court concerned for information and compliance.
