Counsel for respondent states that there is a possibility of an amicable resolution of disputes.

Accordingly, the parties, through their authorized representatives, duly assisted by their respective counsels, shall appear before Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre on 20th February 2025 at 2:30 PM. 4.

Copy of this order be sent to Organizing Secretary, Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre for information and compliance. 5.

In the event that mediation is unsuccessful, parties agree that a Sole Arbitrator be appointed, to adjudicate their disputes arising under Facilitycum-Hypothecation Agreement dated 31st October 2020, along with the Deed of Guarantee executed in favour of petitioner company by respondents, whereby loan was disbursed for purchase of medical equipment. Accordingly in event of failure of mediation process, matters be referred to the Delhi International Arbitration Centre ('DIAC'), as per agreement between the parties and the Secretary, 7.

DIAC shall appoint the Sole Arbitrator for adjudication of disputes. 8.

Both these petitions stand disposed of, with these directions. 9.
