This is the third bail application filed by the petitioner. The last bail application came to be dismissed on 09.08.2024 as dismissed as withdrawn and the first bail application was also dismissed by this court on 22.12.2023. 2.
Considering that there is no change in the circumstances between the last date of dismissal of the bail application and the present date. Additionally, it has been informed that one witness has been partly examined.

At this stage, this Court finds no ground to entertain the present bail application. Consequently, the present bail application is dismissed. 4.
However, considering that 20 witnesses have been cited and only four witnesses have been examined till now, it is being deemed expedient to direct the trial court to expedite the trial.
