The petitioner seeks parole for a period of thirty days in FIR No. 96/2012, under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Sarai Rohilla. 2.
The learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State at the outset submits that the application seeking parole was received only on 19.11.2024 and the same would be decided expeditiously within a period of two weeks from today. 3.
In view of the above, the Court does not consider it apposite to pass any orders at this stage.

The petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate petition if any grievance remains.
