The present petition seeks that the respondents be directed to decide the complaints dated 09.09.2024 (Annexure-P1) and 15.09.2024 (AnnexureP2), addressed by the petitioner, in a time-bound manner after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

Vide order dated 25.11.2024, this Court expressed certain prima facie observations as regards the bonafides of the complaints in question. 3.

Be that as it may, after some hearing, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to dispose of the aforesaid complaints filed by the petitioner, as per extant rules and procedures. Let the same be done expeditiously and preferably within a period of eight weeks from today, under intimation to the petitioner.
