Application under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Applicant/Petitioner seeking rectification of Order dated 24.11.2025 CRL.M.A. 35041/2025, as there is typographical error, wherein while granting Regular Bail to the Applicant, the FIR Number has been wrongly mentioned as 79/2025 instead of 79/2024. Likewise, other FIR Number is mentioned as 585/2015 instead of 44/2015. 4.

Learned APP for the State appears on advance Notice. 5.

It is submitted that relevant corrections be made in Paragraph Nos.3 and 4 of Order dated 24.11.2025.
