O R D E R

% 07.03.2017 Petitioner claims to be squatting in front of Shop No.93, Sarojini Nagar Market, New Delhi, since the year 1987. By the present petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent for implementation of the order dated 27th September, 2016. We may note that the scheme framed under the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Scheme, 2016 stands stayed by another Division Bench of this Court. We find that in an identical matter, being Writ Petition (C) 1977/2017, this Court had passed the following order on 3rd March, 2017:

"Counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with the liberty to file fresh petition if the need so arises subsequently.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed

for."

In view of the above, counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with the liberty to file fresh petition if the need so arises subsequently.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
