This is an application seeking modification of the order dated 19.12.2025.

The paragraph 14(vii) (wrongly numbered) needs to be modified. 3.

The paragraph 13 categorically records that there is a specific qualification regarding a Graduate Engineer with experience in handling public works engineering contracts at a level not lower than Chief Engineer (Joint Secretary level of Government of India) to be appointed as an arbitrator.

Consequently, paragraph 14(vii) is modified and shall read as under:- The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 17/01/2026 at 12:18:53

"Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) Delhi High Court, Sher Shah Road, New Delhi (hereinafter, referred to as the 'DIAC') will appoint an Arbitrator as per the qualification of the learned arbitrator as mentioned in clause 25 of GCC." 5.

All other terms and conditions of the order dated 19.12.2025 shall remain unaltered.
