% 18.04.2017 Crl. M.A. 6256/2017 (for extension of parole) The petitioner was released on parole for a period of four weeks by order dated 17.03.2017 essentially on the ground that his wife had delivered a child on the preceding date.

The application now moved seeks extension of the said parole by another sixty days' period.

Having regard to the documents submitted, there is no critical medical condition indicated in any of the medical opinions. The application is, therefore, rejected. The petitioner must surrender to custody on expiry of the parole granted earlier. R.K.GAUBA, J APRIL 18, 2017 yg
