The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case of gang-rape. 2.
He submits that the concerned prosecutrix, her mother and her maternal uncle have already been examined and, thus, there is no chance of petitioner trying to threaten or influence them.

Learned APP for the State submits that there are 24 witnesses which were cited and few witnesses have been dropped and, presently, there are only three witnesses, who are left to be examined. 4.
Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, he does not press the present application and prays that learned Trial Court be requested to expedite the trial. 5.
