Criminal Petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, (hereinafter referred to as 8B.N.S.S.9) (corresponding to Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973), has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, with the prayer that the Charge Sheet in FIR No. 1207/2015 registered at Police Station Vasant Vihar, be filed immediately before the learned Trial Court and further directions be given to the learned Trial Court, to ensure that the trial commences at the earliest and proceeds strictly within a fixed time-bound schedule. 4.
