By way of the present petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 378/2024, registered at PS Jafrabad, for the offences punishable under Section 137(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 2.
The complainant, who appears in person, has not given consent for quashing of the present FIR.

It is submitted by the Investigating Officer that a pending trial against the petitioner herein under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 is ongoing in the State of Uttar Pradesh.

There is no disclosure as to the stage of the proceedings in this case. 5.
