This is a petition filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1997 seeking stay of the Bank Guarantee No. 0702020BG0000060 dated 09.09.2020.

Mr. Rout, learned counsel appears on behalf of the State Bank of India and states that the Bank Guarantee was invoked on 30.10.2025 and payment has been made to Ircon International Limited International on 30.10.2025.

For the said reasons, the petition has become infructuous and is disposed of leaving all rights of the petitioner to be agitated in appropriate proceedings.
