This is a petition filed under Section 29A (4) & (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal, which is set to expire on 16.11.2025, by a further period of 3 months for making and publishing the final Award. 2.

Mr. Bajaj, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that certain objections were raised on the written submissions and hence, the delay. 3.

For the said reasons, issue notice.

Mr. Khosla, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and has no objection to the petition being allowed. 5.

I am satisfied that a sufficient cause has been shown. 6.

Hence, the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended upto 3 months from today to conclude the arbitration proceedings.
