The petitioner in the instant petition prays for the following reliefs:- <(a) Allow the present Petition and pass an Order extending the mandate of the Hon'ble Arbitral Tribunal comprising Hon'ble Mr. Justice S.K. Agarwal (Retd.) and the time for rendering the Arbitral Award by a period of 12 (Twelve) months, in the Arbitration Proceedings between "Deep Industries Limited v. Konkan LNG Limited"; and b) Pass any such Order which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.= 2.

Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. 3.

With the consent of the parties, the mandate of the Arbitrator stands extended in terms of prayer clause (a) for a period of twelve (12) months from 30.10.2025.
