Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent has now got a job w.e.f. 15.3.2019, as a teacher. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has not cleared the arrears in terms of the impugned order, however, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has paid the amount of maintenance till April, 2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the subsequent developments and employment of the respondent, she may be allowed to withdraw the petition with the liberty to move an application for modification of the impugned order before the Trial Court. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with the liberty as prayed. Pending application also stands dismissed as withdrawn.

The Trial Court is directed to decide the application for the

modification, if any, filed by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible.
