% 22.04.2015 By this writ petition, petitioner seeks parole on the ground of filing SLP in the Supreme Court and also for maintaining social ties. Petitioner is in incarceration for about four years. As per the status report filed by the respondent, none of the family members of petitioner was found residing at the given address. Smt. Radha was found residing at the given address who stated that she has been living in the said house since 1983. On the last of date of hearing petitioner was directed to file response to the status report which has not been filed. Since petitioner's address is not found correct, present writ petition is not considered and the same is rejected. A.K. PATHAK, J.
