Writ Petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for quashing of FIR No. 0592/2024 registered under Sections 318(4)/336(3)/340(2)/3(5) BNS at P.S. Dwarka. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to move an appropriate Application before the appropriate Forum.
