% 09.02.2016 Parties have settled their disputes through the process of mediation before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre on 5th February, 2016 vide settlement agreement, which is marked as Mark 'C-1'. Mark 'C-1' is signed by the parties, their respective counsel as well as learned Mediator. Parties shall remain bound by the terms of settlement as stipulated in Mark 'C-1'. In terms of para 7(b) of the Mark 'C-1', respondent has paid `4.50 lacs to the appellant today in Court vide demand draft, photocopy whereof has been placed on record. Respondent has also paid two post dated cheques for `4.50 lacs dated 9th March, 2016 and `6 lacs dated 9th August, 2016 both drawn on Punjab National Bank, 352, Main Road, Ghonda, Delhi, in terms of para 7(c) and (d), which have been dully
accepted by the appellant, subject to their realisation. Respondent, who is present in Court, assures that the post dated cheques would be honoured on presentation. Respondent also undertakes to supply photocopy of OBC certificate to the appellant within one week. Appeal is disposed of in terms of Mark 'C-1'. A.K. PATHAK, J.
