By way of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks following relief: "A. May please to quash the charges as framed vide order dt.4.2.2015 (Annx.P/5) qua Petitioners in Crl. Case No. 50813 of 2016 arising out of Case FIR No.11/2006, P.S. Special Cell(Delhi Police) Under Section 420/ 120B of Indian Penal Code,1860 and Section 4/20/25 of Indian Telegraph Act,1885, pending before Ld. Chief Judicial Magistrate, District: New Delhi, and or any other appropriate order/ directions as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and just in the given set of facts and circumstances of the case, and in the interest of justice; AND The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. May please to direct the Learned Trial Court to conclude the trial in Crl. Case No. 50813 of 2016 arising out of Case FIR No.11/2006, P.S. Special Cell(Delhi Police) Under Section 420/ 120B of Indian Penal Code,1860 and Section 4/20/25 of Indian Telegraph Act,188571/2003, P.S. Special Cell(Delhi Police), pending before Ld. Chief Judicial Magistrate, District: New Delhi, within such period of time as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and just in the given set of facts and circumstances of the case, and in the interest of justice..." 4.

Issue notice. Mr. Amol Sinha, the learned ASC accepts notice on behalf of the State.

The FIR in this case was registered in the year 2006. 6.

This Court has heard the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner and the learned ASC for the State.

In view of the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the averments made in the petition, the learned Trial Court is directed to ensure that no adjournment is granted in this case, to either of the parties, and that the trial is concluded preferably within six months, under intimation to this Court.

The Learned Registrar General of this Court to inform the learned Trial Court.
