On 19.09.2017, the petitioner was directed to comply with the order dated 29.03.2017. However, till date no compliance has taken place. The petitioner has neither filed amended memo of parties nor the process fee for service of co-accused. None is present for the petitioner. The petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
